Be able to speak and write English at least at the B2 level (CEFR).
Have a passport that is still good until July 2028.
Set aside at least two hours a week for structured study online.
In July 2026, 2027, and 2028, you must go to all three meetings.
Show that you are highly respected in your field and have a history of being honest in the community.
Around the world, only 30 friends are chosen.
