Application Process for Romania Government Scholarship for Students Worldwide 2026:
The application process is fully online via the official Study in Romania scholarship portal:
- Make an account on the site and fill out the application online. https://studyinromania.gov.ro/
- You need to upload all the necessary paperwork, like your ID, transcripts, diplomas, CV, and translated educational certificates in English, Romanian, French, or Spanish.
